Our Story
About SophistiChic, a Doral Floral Design Studio
SophistiChic: Sophisticated and Chic. The name is also the standard we hold to every commission, refined structure and effortless beauty.
The house began with an architect's eye. Roger Iglesias spent over two decades in architecture before the discipline found a new material in flowers. The journey traveled from Venezuela to Miami, and the studio settled in Doral, where every arrangement is drawn the way a room is drawn, with line, proportion, and intention.
We do not simply decorate spaces. We compose them. That is the meaning behind Architecture in Bloom, our approach to luxury floral design in Miami: flowers built with the logic of structure and the feeling of art.

An architect with [20+] years of practice, Roger brings the discipline of the built environment to floral design. His work begins with proportion and structure, giving every arrangement and installation an underlying logic you feel even when you cannot name it.
Maria Pia
Founder · Creative Director
Maria Pia leads the creative direction of the atelier, translating each client's story into palette, texture and mood. Her sensibility is where the architecture softens into emotion, and where a wedding or a brand moment becomes unmistakably personal.
