We begin with a conversation about the occasion, the guests, and the feeling you want the room to leave behind. In English or Spanish, whichever is yours.

We study the space the way an architect reads a plan, then map the flow, the focal points, and the scale each moment can carry.

You receive a composed direction: palette, structure, and premium seasonal blooms, drawn so you can see the evening before it exists.

Every installation is fabricated and rehearsed in our Doral atelier, refined until the structure holds and the line reads true.

Do you design corporate events and brand activations?
Yes. We compose corporate event florals, activations, and launches across Miami, translating a brand's identity into an environment rather than a set of centerpieces. The consultation starts the direction.
Can you handle quinceañeras and private celebrations?
We do. A quinceañera receives the same architectural planning as a gala, from entrance moment to reception. We take on a select number of celebrations each season.
What guest counts can you design for?
From an intimate private dinner to a full ballroom gala. We scale the structure to the room and the guest count, so proportion reads correctly whether the space seats forty or several hundred.
How far in advance should we book?
Because we accept a limited number of events per season, earlier is better, especially for peak Miami dates. That said, timelines vary by scope, so reach out and we will tell you honestly what is possible.
Do you work in English and Spanish?
Fully. SophistiChic is bilingual by nature. Your consultation, proposal, and event coordination happen in the language you prefer, English or Spanish.
